If you do not want to be bound by these terms you are advised to leave the website accordingly. We only grants use and access of this Service, its products, and its services to those who have accepted these terms and condition.

As the sole proprietors and/or the licensees of all intellectual property rights to this Service and the material contained therein, these works and the Service itself are protected by copyright laws and treaties globally. We reserve all such rights.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Service relating to your personal entries and solely for your personal use.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

User accounts and Safety

As a user of this Service, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Upon registration and creation of your account, you will be provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not, under any circumstances, disclose such to any third party. Keeping such information safe and out of reach is your sole responsibility and we do not accept any form of responsibility for any breach or leak of such information.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions of use.

You are the only person authorised to use your user identification and password, and you must not permit or allow other people to have access to or use the same. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user identification and password. You are responsible for any actions taken using your user identification and password and for ensuring that all information in your account, including without limitation your contact information, are and remain at all times complete and accurate.

If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on this App, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

User Responsibility

You agree that it is your sole responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete information while using this Service for the purposes to which you have subscribed for.

We may, but are under no obligation to, make certain non-substantive (e.g., formatting) changes to your entries in conformance with various e-filing requirements and standards. You are also solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining all equipment, computers, software and communications or internet services (such as data or phone charges) relating to your access and use of the Services, and for all expenses relating thereto (plus applicable taxes).

You are solely responsible for meeting any tax and/or accounting filing deadlines. We cannot guarantee how long it will take to complete and file your returns and/or account, so you are responsible for preparing these early enough to ensure that these can be filed before any applicable statutory deadlines.

Our Service may offer you the ability to use certain informative tools, including, without limitation, for example, a tax estimator/calculator, interview questions related to life events, or a deduction maximiser. You acknowledge and agree that these tools are provided merely as a convenience to our users, and that you retain ultimate responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any information you submit while using the Service. The deduction maximiser is intended to highlight certain commonly used deductions for filers listing a particular occupation. It is solely your responsibility to determine, based on your specific circumstances, if such deductions apply to you and if other deductions, that may not have been highlighted by the tool, may apply to you.

You acknowledge and agree that are solely responsible for all content, data, and information submitted by your user identification into the Service, including, without limitation, content, data, and information relating to third parties.

This Service is only for Cyprus Tax Residents Individuals and not Businesses

The use of this Service is only possible to so be used by Cyprus tax resident individuals and does not operate or purport to operate, in any other jurisdiction or location other than the Republic of Cyprus.

Furthermore, this App is only useable for individuals and not for any corporate bodies, organisations, entities or any other similar legal arrangements.

This Service is for sole private and domestic use and should not be used for any business or commercial purpose. We bear no liability whatsoever for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of opportunity.

Payment and Subscription Information

Using our Service requires registration and payment of a subscription fee. As such, the following apply:

  • The current monthly subscription fee amounts to Euro (€) 15 without VAT. All fees, charges and payments are non-refundable.
  • Payment can be made by the following:
  • Google Play store
  • Apple Store
  • A valid credit card acceptable by most banking institutions world-wide.
  • A valid debit card acceptable by most banking institutions worldwide.
  • By any other payment option, we provide to you in writing
  • The monthly subscription is paid prior to the month of usage.
  • In case that a monthly payment is not received, we have the right to end access to the Service and any data uploaded by the user. Exporting of data uploaded in our Service, is allowed within the period covered by paid subscription.
  • Our paid subscription as well as our 30-days free trial are ad-free!
  • Payment of the Logistaras ssubscription is charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscription may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s account settings after purchase.

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your account settings.
  • After cancelling your subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month.

Applicable law

By visiting and using this Service, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between u and you, or our business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this Service or to services or products you purchase from us shall be tired by the competent judicial courts of the Republic of Cyprus and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensor officers, and hold us and harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services provided by the Service you have registered to use. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

You hereby further indemnify and hold harmless us, and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensor officers from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees, related to such content, data, and information submitted by you. You further acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for implementing and responding to any third-party requests to modify, update, delete, or otherwise alter any content, data, and information that you have submitted into the Service.

Limitation on liability

We are not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our Service.

If any defective digital content that we have supplied, damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage that you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge or for damage that was caused by you failing to correctly follow installation instructions or to have in place the minimum system requirements advised by us.

Moreover, we do not guarantee that this Service will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access to this Service. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Service, the server on which it is stored or any server, computer or database connected to it. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you may be committing a criminal offence. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. These terms and conditions are an understanding between us and you, the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this Service.
